Main button panel

Power Ein/Aus (On/Off)

  • Switches the system on and off
  • Flashes when the system is switched on

Beamer Bild Ein/Aus (picture On/Off)

  • Switches the beamer image on and off
  • Flashes when the projector starts up

Volume Control

  • Regulates the volume (without hybrid system)

The following sources can be selected:

Hörsaal PC (Lecture room PC)

  • Apple computer in the room, if available (Hörsaal PC cable)

Laptop

  • Connection to show your own device on the projector (Laptop cable)

Visualizer

  • Presenter, for example to show worksheets on the projector

Wireless Präsentation (Wireless presentation)

  • Wireless transmission of your own device to the projector (follow the instructions on the projection)

Player extern (external player)

  • Audio signal that is mixed with the other sources (Player Extern cable)

Extern (External)

  • Only available in receiving rooms. Audio and video are displayed during transmissions

 

Hybrid System

USB VC

  • The hybrid system is switched on by connecting this USB cable (USB-A plug) to a laptop. The selected camera image and microphone signal are made available on the laptop for use in all common video conferencing software. CAM AUTO is activated automatically
  • For other USB connection types, you will need an adapter to USB-A
  • In your video conferencing software, you must select and activate the loudspeaker device, microphone device and camera device of the hybrid system ("Room name", e.g. KO2-D-54)

Operating the hybrid system

These buttons and displays are only active and displayed when the hybrid system is active

CAM DOZ

  • Rear camera, shows lecturer area
  • Button lights up green when selected

CAM PLENUM

  • Front camera, shows student area
  • Button lights up green when selected

CAM AUTO

  • CAM DOZ or CAM PLENUM is automatically selected and focusses on the person speaking
  • CAM AUTO is automatically selected when the USB cable is connected
  • Button lights up green when selected

MIK MUTE

  • Switching the microphones and the source signal on and off. The function and display is synchronised with the audio mute function in Zoom/Teams
  • Button does not light up when the ceiling microphone is switched on. The LED indicator for the ceiling microphone lights up green
  • Button lights up red when the ceiling microphone is switched off. The LED indicator for the ceiling microphone also lights up red

Video mute

To mute the camera image, please use the corresponding function in Zoom/Teams
